Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of care for both temporary and permanent residents
Ensure services align with residents' needs and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Manage medications and treatments
Monitor changes in residents' conditions
Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Contribute to admission and discharge planning
Participate in care conferences and committees
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Champion Pacific Retirement Services’ mission, vision, and core values in daily work
Advocate for resident rights
Maintain a focus on achieving each resident’s highest level of functioning
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong assessment and care planning skills
Ability to communicate with tact, empathy and professionalism
