Group Sales Manager
Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection is seeking a Group Sales Manager responsible for driving group and travel agent business within assigned territories. The role focuses on corporate and incentive accounts, involving the identification and cultivation of business opportunities to achieve revenue goals while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities
Generate business through inquiries, telemarketing, trade shows, sales trips, site visits/tours, and direct/email outreach in alignment with sales goals
Conduct property tours and site visits for clients within assigned territories
Manage client requests and support as reasonably assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager
Represent Bishop’s Lodge at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Travel occasionally as needed to meet clients or attend sales events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor representing a luxury hotel, resort or travel agency
Ability to influence & build rapport with key stakeholders
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to achieve goals
Excellent presentation & communication skills to be able to effectively represent the property
Ability to travel to attend trade shows, client meetings, local tourism meetings and other key events
Experience with Delphi/Salesforce system
