Responsibilities
Understanding of core security principles relevant to building secure systems, such as secure software development, applied cryptography, and cloud infrastructure security
Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) gained through coursework, personal projects, or internships
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or Go
Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
A passion for security and an eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
Qualification
Required
Understanding of core security principles relevant to building secure systems, such as secure software development, applied cryptography, and cloud infrastructure security
Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) gained through coursework, personal projects, or internships
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or Go
Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
A passion for security and an eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
Have a minimum of one semester/quarter remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
Must be authorized to work in the United States. Company sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates applying for certain roles
Preferred
Internship experience in a security or software engineering role
Exposure to container and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with secure software development principles, threat modeling, and secure code review
Participation in security competitions (e.g., CTFs), clubs, or personal security projects
Coursework or interest in the application of AI/ML to security challenges
