Responsibilities

Analyze E-Commerce businesses, focusing on traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations. Independently undertake special analyses on merchant growth, traffic conversion, creator/content growth, and user behavior

Develop short-term and long-term scale and revenue targets

Provide regular reports and insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making

Monitor and analyze various operating indicators and drivers of the e-commerce operations team on a daily basis

Leverage insights from analysis to make informed recommendations for future business strategies

Required

Final year or recent graduate in MBA

Have good communication and coordination skills, excellent logical thinking ability, able to quickly understand business

Excellent communication skills and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce industry operation analysis, business analysis, data analysis, etc

Background in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
