Responsibilities

Responsible for designing TikTok e-commerce consumer experience to ensure usability and design quality

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure continuous iteration and optimization of user experience

Dive deep into different scenarios using UX tools and methods to discover experience issues

Create and test prototypes early in the design process to build confidence in a solution

Own every aspect of a product's design, from solving the core user challenge to shipping a well-tested and pixel-perfect UI

Required

Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Experience in designing and launching end-to-end products with complex flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases

Proactively identify customer pain points or design opportunities

Ability to articulate thoughts and motivations to different audiences

Preferred
