Executive Assistant & Social Media Marketer

BruntWork is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant & Social Media Marketer to support their executive coaching business targeting successful professionals and entrepreneurs. The role involves managing lead pipelines, conducting outreach, creating marketing materials, and maintaining digital assets, all while working remotely in the Eastern Time zone.

Responsibilities

Manage lead pipeline and support audience growth initiatives
Conduct business development outreach to healthcare executives, women's leadership organizations, and entrepreneur groups
Research and book podcast guests and speaking opportunities at conferences and workshops
Create high-end graphics and marketing materials using Canva for LinkedIn webinar promotion
Manage Meta ads and LinkedIn ads campaigns targeting luxury clientele
Handle WordPress website management including SEO optimization and meta descriptions
Organize and maintain digital assets including Dropbox folders, headshots, and Canva PDFs
Manage ConvertKit email marketing campaigns and automation
Post and schedule content on Instagram and Facebook for brand visibility
Handle travel arrangements including hotel and flight bookings
Take meeting minutes and conduct business research as needed
Maintain organized systems using Airtable and other productivity tools

Required

Proven experience as an executive assistant working with C-level executives or entrepreneurs

Email outreach and business development skills
Experience with ConvertKit, Meta ads, and LinkedIn advertising
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions
