Responsibilities
Develop and drive cloud strategies that align with business objectives, inspire teams, and deliver measurable outcomes
Provide guidance and technical leadership in cloud software architecture and development
Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and optimization of large-scale, highly available cloud solutions
Drive adherence to cloud governance policies, industry security standards, and best practices
Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively to C-level executives, internal teams, and external partners
Mentor and coach engineering and delivery teams, advocate for software engineering best practices and cloud-native development
Own or contribute to critical case management, technical triage, and wellness reviews
Champion creative problem solving, foster an entrepreneurial approach, and lead innovation in cloud products and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
