Responsibilities
Manage broker relationships in the SPX pit on the CBOE floor
Negotiate prices and make markets for brokers and other relevant external parties
Collaborate and communicate effectively with screen traders to manage portfolio risk and pricing
Develop new relationships to improve access to flow and expand the business
Conduct trade analysis to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities
Qualification
Required
Previous experience (2+ years) market making options on the CBOE floor
Recent SPX pit experience
BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
Strong verbal communication skills, detail oriented, team player
Excellent ability to use market information to positively impact trading operations
Ability to work well under pressure and make fast decisions in a dynamic market
Strong interpersonal skills, can successfully manage and form external counterparty relationships
