Responsibilities
Support Project Management in underground and aerial utility construction
Lead, manage, develop, and instill a culture of accountability and excellence
Build internal, client, sub-contractor and vendor relations and partnerships
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Company/Industry specifications
Act as a safety advocate, ensuring that all employees are working safely and productively
Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations
Perform audits to ensure work is being completed safely and per specifications
Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working
Review daily production reports, material usage, work hours, complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built
Daily reconciliation of all issued parts and materials
Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including necessary overtime
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5 years' experience in project management & leading large teams
Possess a valid driver's license
Must have strong project management skills
Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions
Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift
Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily
Walking - 4 to 6 hours daily
Climbing - 0 to 2 hours daily
Driving - 0-4 hours daily
Bending/Twisting - 0 to 2 hours daily
Pushing/Pulling - 0 to 2 hours daily
Repetitive Motion (grasping, manipulation) - 0 to 2 hours daily
Lifting (weights up to 100 lbs.) - rarely
Lift & Carry (weights of 50 to 60 lbs.) – occasionally
