Trawick Construction is an established communications construction firm seeking a GIS Analyst to support their Engineering Team. The role involves GIS data creation, manipulation, and Esri software setup, along with collaboration on customer projects and support for estimating and project management teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to configure and maintain GIS data for customer projects
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to deliver GIS solutions
Assist in programming, designing, and administering interactive web mapping applications using Esri ArcGIS software
Conduct field surveys, site walks, and feasibility assessments to determine optimal routing for network deployments
Support the estimating and project management teams with GIS data and mapping tools
Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to project sites or client meetings
Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure successful project execution

Required

Associate's degree or higher required
Proficiency in Google Earth, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ArcGIS
Experience with ArcGIS and CAD systems is essential
Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure
Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines while performing detailed work efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license required
Must pass a background check and drug screening
