Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters

Work directly with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client consultations

Review and analyze medical records to support case development

Draft clear and concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings

Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their needs are met

Effectively manage work independently in a remote setting

Qualification

Juris Doctorate (JD)Florida Bar MembershipLegal writingMedical records reviewAnalytical skillsLegal technology proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Attorney

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents is a plus

Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Florida Bar Membership in good standing

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Preferred

Prior experience in remote or virtual legal settings

Strong comfort level with legal technology and virtual court processes
