Bath+ Admin Assistant Respiratory Therapist

Bellevue Healthcare is a growing private company focused on the installation of specialized home medical equipment. They are seeking an Admin Assistant to manage reception, coordinate calendars, support project coordinators, and handle various administrative tasks.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Manage the reception desk to include answering phones, returning calls and emails, opening showroom and greeting customers
Coordinate weekly calendars and manage scheduling of meetings for Project Manager
Take meeting minutes and distribute agendas for scheduled meetings
File management to include, maintaining organization of drawings and specs
Pick up and delivery of plans and samples, receive deliveries to showrooms and warehouses
Provide accounting support to include coding invoices
Open and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail
Support project coordinators as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
2 years administrative experience
Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite products
Outgoing, personable with good phone voice
Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Well-organized and reliable
Must be a Self-Starter to create procedures
Must have reliable transportation to be able to commute between two branch locations in Everett and Burlington

Preferred

Basic understanding of construction processes
