Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring security alerts and incidents across various systems and platforms
Support the investigation and analysis of security incidents, identifying root causes and recommending remediation actions
Help maintain and update security documentation, including incident response plans and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with team members on vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities
Participate in security awareness training and initiatives for employees
Assist in the management of security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions
Conduct research on emerging security threats and best practices in the cybersecurity landscape

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to learn about security operations with a desire to learn and have a strong sense of curiosity

Preferred

Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (eg, NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus
Fluency in Mandarin a plus
