The position involves a high level of community visibility and leadership, and the Executive Director will play an active role in leading and participating in events and programs supporting the Y
Qualification
Required
a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience, including staff development, fundraising, and board and volunteer engagement
a bachelor's degree
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
experience managing a budget
directly related experience in philanthropy and cultivating volunteers
previous experience managing within the nonprofit environment
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) applicants
