The role involves selling B2B Flooring Solutions to various channels, including Builder, Multifamily, Senior Living, and Light Commercial, while developing new client relationships and achieving sales objectives.

Proactively identify and strategize ways to capture new critical accounts

Qualification
Required
3+ years of success in B2B Sales
Experience in producing B2B high sales volume
A hunter's mentality with the ability to build and develop rapport and trusted relationships
Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
Ability to confidently deliver presentations and engage with prospects over the phone and in person
Solid skills in CRM
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Exceptional professional presence and strong business acumen
Preferred
Background in Flooring a HUGE plus, but not required
