Human Resources Analyst III - Recruiter (LTE-District Temp)

Responsibilities

Partner/strategize with the hiring managers to acquire talent and educate/train hiring managers
Develop advertisements, job postings, build applicant sources by networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate/communities for short and/or long-term opportunities
Provide a great candidate experience through ongoing communication by providing applicants information about: job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits and promotional opportunities
Maintain applicant tracking information and other pertinent recruitment and selection information
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Four years relevant experience; or two years as a MWD Human Resources Analyst II
