Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance, calibration, and verification of laboratory and manufacturing equipment to ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality system requirements
Perform day to day upkeep
Coordinate vendor service visits
Complete required documentation
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to schedule maintenance
Perform minor repairs
Ensure timely service across all operational areas
Support IQ and OQ activities in partnership with Quality to verify that all equipment meets performance and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience maintaining, calibrating, or qualifying laboratory or manufacturing equipment
Ability to perform minor equipment repairs and adjustments to ensure continued instrument reliability
Preferred
Associate degree in electronics, biomedical engineering technology, or related technical field preferred
Experience supporting a regulated environment (GMP, GLP, or CLIA) strongly preferred
Previous experience coordinating with vendors for calibration, service, and preventive maintenance activities
Familiarity with eQMS and equipment documentation practices preferred
