Responsibilities

Provide detailed design information to management and projects

Perform design activities for various interface panel projects

Interface with other engineering disciplines as required

Utilize 3D CAD Design Software (SolidWorks) to perform mechanical design of power systems with subcomponent Placement, cabinet structural design for ATE Systems

Jack-of-all-trades problem solver

Research new design processes

Assist in fixturing design

Direct the fabrication, assembly of product, and work cell concepts being prototyped and implemented

Prepare clear and concise documentation for CAD Drawings and Part List for systems or sub-Assemblies of a given project

Development and creation of design sketches ready to be modeled

Coordinate materials procurement
