Practice Manager - Accounting

The Practice Manager will oversee the financial and operational management of family office client entities, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for client entities
Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow strategies
Review and summarize client agreements
Conduct client risk assessments and financial planning reviews
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Drive process improvements and implement best practices
Provide leadership to accounting and operations teams, fostering a culture of growth and client service
Support strategic planning, business integration, and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field
CPA or equivalent designation required
8–10 years in family office, business management, or financial services; at least 5 years in tax preparation/review
Strong leadership and client relationship skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects
Proficiency in QuickBooks, CCH, and related systems
Must work 100% on-site in Hollywood, CA
