Responsibilities

Provide Tier I technical support to customers, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues
Utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer problems and optimize workflow efficiency
Manage and prioritize service desk tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
Maintain detailed documentation of calls, solutions, and customer interactions for team collaboration and continuity
Foster positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors through effective communication
Apply knowledge of computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical challenges
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Travel to client sites as needed to deliver on-site support services
Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information
Stay updated on emerging technologies to contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of experience in the IT field, preferably in help desk or technical support roles
Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows 10, and Windows operating systems
Experience with service desk ticketing systems and network troubleshooting
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

Familiarity with networking and server systems is highly desirable
