Responsibilities
Analyze and address operational challenges within the Acumatica system to ensure stability and optimal performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to audit and improve workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency
Redesign and optimize financial and operational reports to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy
Lead regression testing for Acumatica updates to ensure smooth transitions and compatibility
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and translate business requirements into functional solutions
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system changes and user adoption
Coordinate training sessions and gather user feedback to foster effective change management
Work closely with business leaders to prioritize system improvements that align with organizational goals
Provide ongoing support for Acumatica users, addressing technical and functional issues promptly
Ensure compliance with best practices while implementing new features or updates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Analyst role working with Acumatica, especially in post-go-live environments
Strong understanding of financial modules like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing
Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus, offering insight into transition-related challenges
Proficiency in system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address operational issues
Experience with regression testing and software upgrade processes
Ability to customize and evaluate reports to meet specific business requirements
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
