Responsibilities
Identify and execute inorganic growth strategies and opportunities for business expansion
Oversee all deal stages from idea generation to financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations
Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary contact for target companies
Mentor and guide deal team members in sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence
Develop strategic plans aligned with the company’s long-term objectives
Collaborate with executives to make informed decisions with sound judgment
Lead high-performing teams through training, evaluations, and culture development
Identify collaboration opportunities and foster learning from portfolio companies
Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to drive value for PayPal and portfolio companies
Manage day-to-day fund operations and relationships with third-party vendors
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
