Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key insights to support decision-making

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports that align with company objectives and regulatory standards

Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, to analyze and manage financial data

Assist in managing accounts receivable and ensure timely billing processes

Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial data for reporting purposes

Provide support for budget preparation and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining data accuracy

Contribute to the improvement of financial processes by identifying areas for optimization

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and precise manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

Strong communication skills to present data and insights clearly

Preferred

Experience with accounts receivable and billing processes is preferred

A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
