Responsibilities

Lead all private event and catering inquiries

Coordinate bookings, room schedules, and catering logistics

Provide timely, detailed responses on services, menus, and availability

Align event plans with client/resident needs and budgets

Collaborate with culinary team to create custom menus

Manage Menu approvals and communicate catering details

Oversee event space reservations and calendar

Coordinate setup, décor, AV, and housekeeping needs

Develop event timelines and production schedules

Manage setup, execution, and breakdown

Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations

Build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction

Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements

Resolve issues professionally and support quality assurance efforts

Required

Proven experience in event planning, catering coordination, or a related field

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Event Management/coordination, Culinary, Hospitality, or a related field

Familiarity with Microsoft word suite, Canva, and Pxier

Experience in a high-volume catering or event environment
