Responsibilities
Work closely with regional Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Account Executives, to design tailored banking solutions that meet client requirements
Lead and participate in presales activities, including product demonstrations, client workshops, and solution presentations, to showcase our banking solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, define project scope, and develop compelling value propositions
Provide expert-level insights into banking industry trends and process optimization strategies
Lead the development of new banking process solutions, from ideation to market-ready products, focusing on innovation and market needs
Work with cross-functional teams (product management, R&D, and client teams) to ensure the solutions are technically feasible and meet the highest standards of quality
Drive the continuous improvement of our banking process solutions, integrating industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in banking processes, sharing knowledge and providing strategic guidance to local expert teams around the world
Foster collaboration across global teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions and services to clients
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to grow local teams’ capabilities
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies related to banking process management, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and relevant
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, positioning yourself as a thought leader in banking process innovation
Work with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth transitions from presales to implementation, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them realize the full potential of our banking process solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on process optimization, digital transformation, or process management
Proven track record as a solution architect or presales consultant in the banking sector, with experience in delivering complex process solutions to clients
Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and the challenges faced by financial institutions in digital transformation
Strong expertise in process mining, process modeling, and business process management (BPM) techniques
Ability to design and architect end-to-end banking solutions that deliver tangible business value
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in leveraging digital tools and platforms for solution delivery and collaboration
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., BPM, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
