Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, with a primary focus on vendor agreements
Handle legal matters related to real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing contracts, and property management agreements
Develop service contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate closely with the corporate team to address legal concerns and provide expert guidance
Conduct legal research and provide clear advice on real estate and commercial matters
Review and analyze legal documents to identify and mitigate risks
Manage and oversee civil litigation processes, including briefing and drafting motions
Ensure proper handling of discovery procedures and document preparation
Work exclusively for the corporate entity, managing legal needs without involvement in subsidiary matters
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to address legal challenges effectively
Qualification
Required
Must hold a valid attorney license
At least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate and commercial real estate
Proficiency in drafting motions, briefing, and civil litigation procedures
Strong knowledge of vendor agreements, service contracts, and other commercial contracts
Expertise in real estate agreements, including purchase and sale, leasing, and property management
Familiarity with discovery processes and document preparation
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with corporate teams
