Responsibilities
Do you enjoy building the data backbone that powers intelligent applications? As a Data Engineer on our AI team, you’ll architect and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines that feed LLM models, RAG systems, and next-generation enterprise AI solutions
You’ll work at the heart of our AI infrastructure - designing data flows, integrating structured and unstructured sources, and enabling powerful downstream analytics and machine learning
Build, optimize, and maintain robust data pipelines to support AI model training, fine-tuning, and inference workflows
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to support document processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-powered applications
Implement PostgreSQL and vector database integrations for real-time semantic search and embedding storage
Ensure high performance, availability, and quality of data workflows, with adherence to security and compliance standards
Support the deployment and operations of data solutions across cloud platforms
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in leading AI engineering initiatives
Strong expertise in Cloud & Virtualization as well as multiple Programming Languages to implement AI solutions
Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve complex technical problems
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients
Familiarity with project-based work environments and adhering to timelines
