Prepare and prosecute patent applications
Engage in patent counseling with extensive direct client and USPTO contact
Involvement in patent litigation support and PTAB support
Conduct infringement, invalidity, and claim construction analysis
Provide general patent strategy counseling for clients
Assist with design arounds and freedom to operate opinions
Develop client relationships and manage projects
Participate in coaching and mentoring for career growth
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of experience in patent law
Licensed to practice before the USPTO
Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications
Experience in patent counseling with direct client and USPTO contact
Ability to manage projects and client relationships
Experience in patent litigation support and PTAB support
Ability to provide infringement, invalidity, and claim construction analysis
Ability to provide general patent strategy counseling for clients
Ability to provide assistance with design arounds and freedom to operate opinions
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
High level of technical service to clients coupled with soft skills to grow client relationships
Attention to detail and willingness to follow team best practices
Proactive problem solving for clients
Ability to think outside the box to execute on projects
