Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically spread team of consultants to ensure optimal performance and professional growth
Maintain culture and equality within the team, irrespective of geographies or backgrounds
Proven experience in developing and managing client relationships, including building and maintaining strong partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance support delivery processes, optimize operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Cultivate, manage, and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagements
Serve as the executive escalation point for key accounts, ensuring proactive issue resolution and strong client relationships
Monitor delivery performance metrics including profitability, utilization, and customer satisfaction to drive operational excellence
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation or professional services delivery, preferably within the fuel, energy, or supply chain sectors
Proven success managing large-scale software deployments (ERP, ETRM, logistics, or supply chain management platforms)
Deep understanding of business processes related to trading, transportation, inventory, pricing, and logistics optimization
Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Preferred
Experience implementing or managing ETRM, ERP, or logistics systems
Consulting or professional services background with strong client engagement experience
Familiarity with fuel distribution, wholesale marketing, or midstream operations
Knowledge of integration, data, and analytics tools relevant to fuel supply chain management
