Responsibilities

Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements

Following safety guidelines and job requirements are utilized in day-to-day operations

Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail

Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team

Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines

Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tool to diagnose issues on hot and cold beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair

Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork

Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures

Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service

Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers

Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED

Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone

Possess valid drivers' license and be insurable as a driver

Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town

Ability to work alone

Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tool to diagnose issues on hot and cold beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair

Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures

Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service

Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards

Lift and/or carry up to 80lbs from the ground to overhead

Push and pull with arms up to a force of 30lbs

Ability to crouch, stoop, squat, kneel, bend/twist at the waist, reach, grasp/manipulate objects

Ability to carry, erect, and climb ladders

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time

Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures

Preferred

2-5 years' experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required
