Gathering and documenting requirements for complex IT systems or integrations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in a technical or enterprise systems environment
Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex IT systems or integrations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working with SaaS/COTS software implementations or data migration/integration projects
Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum Master preferred
Strategic thinker who can connect business goals with technical execution
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
Adaptable to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
