Responsibilities

Works proactively with CSS staff, CDC and OR Staff to provide a high level of customer service with quality products

Provides sterile processing team with guidance in all aspects of departmental functions

Must have strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal

Knowledge of industry standards with TJC, AAMI, ICP and ACHA

Computer skills are required

Ability to operate multiple types of equipment including, but not limited to, sterilizers, washers, cart washers, steris 1 and sonic cleaners

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have sterile processing certification or obtain certification within one year of employment

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Sterile Processing Certification Required
