Responsibilities
The BA is responsible for working with the organization to help identify areas of improvement and to make improvements to SAP according to business requirements to increase process efficiencies
The BA will be required to interact with all levels of the company to ensure the SAP system meets the needs of the organization
The BA will meet regularly with internal customers to document issues, new requirements and effectively respond customer needs
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in related field
Applicants with 8+ years of professional work experience or currently working on BA/BS will be considered
Solid knowledge of business processes within his/her current area of responsibility (preferably in SD, PP FI/CO modules or MRO process)
Minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience in manufacturing environment
Proven effectiveness in business process documentation, process improvements, and problem solving
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
Individual needs to exhibit the Marvin values (walk the walk)
Individual needs to be a self-starter and able to exercise good judgment
Attention to detail is a must
Strong customer service skills and strong customer focus
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle
Project Management skills
Familiarity with Lean principles and the application of 'Lean' in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Must read/write/speak English
