Responsibilities
Ensure effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Tier 3 mechanical engineering support for all equipment within natural gas compressor stations
Oversee a specialized team responsible for performance analysis of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors
Manage project management and lead select initiatives
Conduct advanced troubleshooting including vibration and pulsation analysis
Guide a team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence, operational reliability, and alignment with company goals and values
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
Proven record of supporting compressor station operations in an engineering capacity (energy, utilities, or similar sectors preferred)
Strong management skills
Experience with relevant software tools for compressor performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage change
Knowledge of safety and quality standards specific to compressor stations
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
Experience in budgeting and resource management
Able to travel up to 20% of the time
