Responsibilities

Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
Build and maintain valuations and risk models and improve credit performance by testing hypotheses using rigorous data monitoring and analysis
Coordinate across the line of business to delivery business intent, build business requirements and execute against the strategy

Required

Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
3+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis in credit risk or portfolio management within cards and personal loans
Advanced analytical skills using SAS, SQL, R or Python
Hands on experience with decision tree analyses and segmentation tools

Preferred

Master's Degree is a plus
