Responsibilities

You will learn through a rotation approach of on-the-job training and real-world experiences working alongside of seasoned professionals
You will be expected to provide first class service, participate in project assignments, mentoring and job shadowing while being woven into our business
Develop onboarding checklists for new hires in various functions and departments
Provide project management assistance for active projects and initiatives as well as support functional area lines of business
Assist with preparation of resource documentation including PPTs, checklists and procedures
Provided assignments that include the entire mortgage process, from the initial application stage to completion
Apply your skills and talents to improving processes and workflow
Share ideas, offer suggestions, and make an impact
Gain in-depth knowledge of the mortgage process

Required

Ideal candidate is working toward a bachelor's or associates degree in Finance or Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Display excellent written and strong oral communication skills
