Responsibilities
Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures
Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes
Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results
Team leadership, staffing to include forecasting and hiring
Develop, monitor, analyze and act based on team operational metrics
Must be familiar with configuration and data management specifications, and configuration control of military and commercial (FAA) documents
Knowledge of the conduct of functional and physical configuration audits desired
Must possess strong computer skills. (Microsoft Office programs)
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with nine (9) years of Configuration and Data Management experience
Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of Configuration and Data experience
In Lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of Configuration and Data Management experience
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Must be familiar with configuration and data management specifications, and configuration control of military and commercial (FAA) documents
Knowledge of the conduct of functional and physical configuration audits desired
Must possess strong computer skills. (Microsoft Office programs)
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
