Responsibilities

Perform repairs on doors, windows, cabinetry, ceilings, and floors, including locks, hinges, tiles, and carpet

Diagnose and repair plumbing fixtures like faucets, toilets, urinals, sinks, and water supply lines

Replace or repair electrical switches, receptacles, lines, plugs, light fixtures, and emergency lighting

Conduct carpentry work such as fixing and assembling furniture and cabinetry hardware

Patch drywall, repair fences, and perform painting and touch-ups throughout the facility

Install, repair, or replace restroom fans, hand dryers, baby changing tables, and partitions

Requisition, manage, and organize supplies and materials for maintenance projects

Ensure workplace safety by mapping work sites and following safety procedures and construction best practices

Communicate and coordinate with managers and team members regarding scheduling and work orders

Record all maintenance activities for accurate tracking and compliance

Respond to emergency repair requests and resolve issues swiftly

Assist with miscellaneous facility and construction-related tasks as needed
