Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications and standards are met
Manage daily site operations, including supervising subcontractors and construction crews
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Ensure all site activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Monitor the quality of work performed on site to ensure it meets project specifications and standards
Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship
Facilitate effective communication between project managers, subcontractors, and site workers
Provide regular updates on project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work progress, safety incidents, and deliveries
Prepare and submit reports on project status, including any delays or issues encountered
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED; bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in electrical systems supervision or construction drawing design for wafer fabrication facilities
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices, concerning Electrical scope
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to use engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or others
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail, and highly organized
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees
Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for transporting documents, equipment, and other materials as needed
Preferred
Semiconductor facility experience is a plus
Ability to communicate in Mandarin, preferred
