Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques to identify and generate leads

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools to identify potential client contacts and key decision-makers

Work closely with the U.S. sales team to schedule qualified meetings and support proposal preparation

Maintain and optimize CRM data to ensure pipeline accuracy and transparency across teams

Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to educate them about our products/services

Qualification: Assess lead viability and qualification through effective questioning and information gathering

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role

Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets
