Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to support revenue goals for all IAS business lines and regions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
Lead a team of Global demand generation marketers in building integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns leveraging digital, content , events, email, and paid media that scale across regions
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align campaign strategy with go-to-market plans and ICP targets
Own the marketing funnel from lead acquisition through nurture, scoring, and conversion, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness at every stage
Own the website, optimizing as a central tool used in the B2B buying journey
Own email marketing strategy to build the contactable database and create engagement with customers and prospects
Own paid media strategy, optimizing for ROI
Oversee agency relationships, driving performance and accountability
Oversee MarTech stack and campaign operations, ensuring optimal performance, measurement, and ROI across channels
Drive marketing analytics, pipeline attribution, and reporting, communicating results and insights to executive leadership
Test and implement scalable programs for new market segments, product launches, or verticals
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across stakeholder groups

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position; experience in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital media field strongly preferred
Demonstrated success building and scaling integrated demand generation programs that deliver sales pipeline and % of revenue
Deep expertise in ABM digital marketing, inbound and outbound tactics, and lead nurturing
Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAP), ABM platform, marketing analytics, and attribution modeling
Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on marketing and revenue metrics
Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable with executive-level audiences
