Responsibilities
Resolve routine and complex client service issues thoroughly and expeditiously, utilizing sound judgment while emphasizing courtesy
The team handles a variety of inquiries relating to:
Asset transfers
Checks/wire deposits and withdrawals
ACH deposits and withdrawals
Secure transactions
IRA contributions/distributions
Tax reporting
Fraud prevention
Qualification
Required
3 years of brokerage or banking industry experience emphasizing cashiering and position transfer functions
A bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related discipline
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
A courteous demeanor
Ability to exhibit sound judgment and decision-making
Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Preferred
