Responsibilities

Manage multiple infrastructure projects to ensure delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget

Define project deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with Business Technology stakeholders

Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals including system requirements, funding, and resource plans

Establish and monitor project milestones and success metrics

Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans to keep initiatives on track

Communicate project expectations, updates, and outcomes to team members, management, and business partners

Organize all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and execution through post-project review

Assemble cross-functional teams, providing guidance and accountability throughout the process

Research and evaluate hardware and software technologies to recommend effective solutions

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and opportunities for continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of related project management experience

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results

Preferred

PMP or related certification a plus
