Responsibilities

Serve as the Email Marketing Strategy lead for deposit products, partnering with a collaborative cross-functional team (business partners, creative, legal, compliance) to drive customer acquisition and deepen engagement
Envision the long-term program strategy, developing roadmaps with business leads to build new capabilities and drive a step-change in our messaging transformation agenda
Oversee the development and execution of email marketing strategies, including a robust, always-on creative testing agenda to guide process improvements and optimize performance
Shepherd multiple projects from brief to execution, ensuring strategic intent is delivered and all timelines are met
Leverage a data-based, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and influencing skills to continually optimize the customer experience and ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent
Communicate program strategy and performance to key stakeholders at all levels, building impactful presentations and cohesive documentation to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in brand strategy, product or digital marketing with experience in managing email programs on agency or client-side
At least 5 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
At least 5 years of experience in managing campaign development including research, planning, and execution
An experienced marketer with a proven ability to manage the details of multiple projects, navigate changing priorities, and meet execution timelines within large organizations
A strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
Possesses highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities, capable of influencing outcomes at all levels
Has experience working in complex, matrixed environments and navigating complicated processes, with a track record for making them more efficient

Preferred

Masters degree in Marketing or Business
1+ year of developing Marketing Strategies leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Workfront
2+ years of experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
6+ years of experience driving optimization plans and creative strategy
6+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
