Responsibilities
Reviewing data sets of many different types
Identifying trends in the data
Finding methods for other users of the system to do a basic review of the data
Provide end-users a better understanding of what they are reviewing
Help by teaching small groups of users
Creating FAQ pages
Creating example documentation of best practices for data review
Show the deficiencies in the currently available software
Suggest changes so that end-users can more easily access the data that is most important to them
Collaborate and coordinate with the software developers
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret Clearance
At least two (6+) years of experience as a data scientist or data engineer
Experience working in a position where data is aggregated in order to conduct large-scale analysis
Experience working with different data sets and kinds of data
Knowledge of and experience working with pivot tables and graph analytics (such as Kibana) and the ability to train others on their use
Ability to assist end-users with questions related to data
Ability to provide technical documentation, user guides, instructional information, and technical support related to the data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with others with varying levels of technical knowledge
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field OR in place of a degree, an additional six (6) years of specialized work experience as a data scientist or data engineer
