Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects
Apply both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clients
Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies
Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' revenue cycles
Collaborate with various levels of client leadership
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required
1-3 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing being a strong advantage
Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is a strong advantage, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data to drive decision-making and process improvement
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
This position requires up to 20% travel to client sites as needed
Preferred
An MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable
Knowledge in hospital revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on charge capture processes, is preferred
Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is preferred
