Responsibilities

Engineering Program Manager executing a multi-disciplinary team providing technical refresh of existing operational center deployments enabling the C4ISR Product Line
Technical lead for US based teams located in Colorado Springs, and Valley Forge PA
Ensuring the right engineering rigor and processes are implemented and adhered to throughout the program lifecycle
Leading the development of US based Engineering development and validation then shipping/deploying to the customer sites
Leading the design, development, and code for the for insertion of the C4ISR Product Line
Executing the scope required to conduct development, configuration, and testing and checkout of the system in the US and support transition of system to customer sites

Required

Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with internal teams, and senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to drive large teams with the ability to prioritize competing requirements and customer objectives
Demonstrated team player and proven success working in cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
Demonstrated hands-on experience in systems engineering/architecture, allocation & derivation of requirements, design & development, Integration & Test with a thorough understanding of the entire engineering product life cycle
Prior Engineering Leadership position with experience leading execution of complex development programs
Demonstrated experience successfully leading engineering teams and programs through effective use of metrics, process, and tools
Ability to travel internationally to the UAE as required

Preferred

Full Spectrum Leadership experience
Experience in Command and Control (C2) Systems, Air Battle Management Systems, or System Infrastructure
Experience working on international programs
Experience in executing a tech refresh program
Earned Value knowledge
Jira and Confluence experience
DevSecOps experience
