Responsibilities

Own and grow relationships with senior leaders across global FinTech firms
Deliver on a mix of exclusive and retained mandates
Build and manage your market vertical leveraging EC1’s existing relationships and brand equity
Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on market intelligence, team structures, and talent strategies
Play a key role in the continued growth and direction of our Go-To-Market division

Qualification

Required

Proven track record as a high-performing 360 recruiter, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services
Experience running your own desk with strong billing performance
A commercial, relationship-led approach where you build credibility quickly and deliver consistently
Drive, ambition, and the desire to take ownership in a scaling, high-performing business
Comfort in operating in your own autonomous environment
Strong understanding of the Fintech landscape
