Responsibilities
Contact and communicate with vendors. Maintain vendor documentation for raw materials, packaging, bought-out, and tools/utensils
Assist with updating and maintaining training materials
Conduct data entry or any other requested tasks by Quality or Operations Management
Assist with consumer contact investigations
Responsible to uphold and maintain the food safety and quality systems
Assist with facility inspections and documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or G.E.D. and working towards a degree in a science field
Dependability, a solid work history and a proven track record of safe work habits
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
Communicates effectively with employees of all levels, as well as outside agencies
Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
Ability to walk and move freely and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds (Bulk items may be heavy)
