Manage key construction projects in the $5-$20M range to ensure their success
Manage to ensure flow and on-time completion
Make sure it’s done right the first time
Think Safety at all times
Monitor budget to make sure targets are met
Create ‘Raving Fans’
Help mentor, train and advance all team members
Assist, communicate and coordinate with others
